Service User App for CMDS Sulur. This app allow user to login in using credentials provided by backend admin software i.e. emailid and pasword. Service User can log the complaint, service user, while logging complaint service user may want to upload the photo of the fault or complaint he/she is facing regarding funiture, electric device etc. Once complaint is launched, it will be visible to backend admin who will take the actions on the complaint as per the state of the complaint it will be displayed in specific category like open, attended, major, disposed. User can also give the feed back on the complaint.
